This is the main content area of the Publication. It can use many different paragraph types including accordions, 50/50, etc. See the basic pages for examples of the different paragraph types available.
Structured information for publications is under the Publication Type & Citation tab on the edit screen and will have different fields based on Publication Type.
Add tags under Metadata.
